What Is an F1 Student Visa for English Study?

To obtain an F1 visa for English language study, you must be enrolled in a full-time program at a school authorized by the US Department of Homeland Security’s Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP).

Start any Monday UCEDA School runs rolling enrollment. New classes begin every Monday at all campuses. You do not have to wait for a semester to begin. Once your visa is approved and your travel is arranged, you can begin class the following Monday.
Spanish-Language Support For international students whose primary language is Spanish, UCEDA School’s staff can communicate with you in Spanish. How to Enroll as an International Student at UCEDA School
Step 1: Apply Online Complete the UCEDA School enrollment application. You will provide your personal information, educational background, and intended campus location.
Step 2: Receive Your Acceptance Letter Once your application is reviewed and accepted, UCEDA School will send you an official acceptance letter. You will need this for your I-20 request.
Step 3: Request Your I-20 Our international student support team will guide you through the I-20 request process. You will provide proof of financial support (showing you can cover tuition and living expenses in the US) and other required documentation.
Step 4: Pay the SEVIS Fee All F1 visa applicants must pay the SEVIS I-901 fee before their visa interview. Our team will provide instructions for this step.
Step 5: Schedule Your Visa Interview With your I-20, acceptance letter, SEVIS fee receipt, and supporting documents, you will schedule a visa interview at the nearest US Embassy or Consulate.
Step 6: Arrive and Begin Classes Upon arrival in the United States, report to your UCEDA School campus. New classes begin every Monday. Your first week includes an English placement assessment to confirm your level.
